There are several different investment platform models in Sweden. Kameo focuses on real estate projects where you as an investor can invest money in real estate loans via Kameo's platform. When the total investments in a loan reach the amount that a company has applied for, the investors' capital is paid out to the applying company.

The borrower then pays monthly interest to the investors and repayments are paid either monthly, quarterly or on the closing date.
